Boot Advocaten advises and assists Woonstichting De Progress in the tendering and contracting of the Sassembourg project. This residential care project consists of the realization of 91 rental and owner-occupied homes, a parking garage and the construction and/or operation of the ATES. Heat and cold are supplied by a thermal storage system. Boot Lawyers supervised the tender and developed an organizational structure in which the owner, Esco and a management company are connected in the most optimal legal and fiscal manner. For this purpose, all contacts have also been drawn up in which this collaboration has been laid down in an innovative way , including a DBFMO contract in which both the realization of the ATES and the exploitation for 30 years is properly arranged.
