Municipality of Gorinchem; multifunctional new complex
The overall supervision of the Board of Mayor & Aldermen, the municipal council, a care institution, a housing corporation and a school board in the development of a multifunctional new-build complex for living, learning and care. The starting point is a VAT-efficient structure that leads to savings and as incorporated in the cooperation agreement.

Municipality of Kampen; Zuiderzee harbour
Supervising the municipality in the realization of the Zuiderzeehaven in a CV/BV construction, with three governments and seven private parties, including park management.

Consortium project developer, contractor and housing corporations; Railway zone Breda
Structuring and supervising a partnership between a project developer / contractor and two housing corporations for the purchase of plots of land in the Breda railway zone and the proposed new developments (residential, office). In collaboration with tax specialists, the most optimal tax/legal structure has been set up that offers advantages in the field of corporate income tax, public tax and VAT.

Advising on the public-private partnership between three developing parties and the municipality of Tilburg for the development of the new-build location De Zuidlanden (6500 homes).

The supervision of a multifunctional collaboration between the municipality and a developer, for the benefit of a multifunctional area development that forms part of the Zuidas master plan.

Supervision of the municipality in the development and realization of the Boschkens expansion plan (approx. 850 homes) with regard to tenders (announcement, selection guide) and contracting market parties.
