We regularly act both for and against governments.

Our expertise consists of administrative and environmental law such as spatial plans en environmental permits, subsidies, environmental permits and the European substances treaty REACH, nature conservation law and enforcement.  

We also have a lot of experience with the   position of the government as a contracting party and government liability.

There is also extensive experience with expropriations and the preceding amicable acquisition.
