Boot Advocaten advises the housing corporation on the redevelopment in Lelystad on the basis of a public-private framework agreement with the municipality with a term of thirty years. Based on this framework agreement, various large residential areas and public areas of Lelystad (Schouw, Kogge, Punter, etc.) are being completely redeveloped. Asbestos removal from post-war homes is also taking place in one of these neighbourhoods.
