About Boat Lawyers

Boot Advocaten is based in Amsterdam and is a leading niche law firm specialized in real estate, procurement and energy law. We are specialists, not an impersonal law factory. Characteristic is our pragmatic, multidisciplinary and integrated approach, with which we realize (very) large projects with a relatively small organization. Our lawyers advise and assist multinationals, construction companies, project developers, investors, educational and healthcare institutions, governments and housing corporations.

Since 2008, we have been listed continuously in PropertyNL's list of the best real estate lawyers. At Boot Advocaten, real estate also includes the sector of government practice, administrative law, the environment and the sustainable energy, health and care sectors.

About the candidate

We are looking for an ambitious, talented and enthusiastic lawyer who proactively contributes to the further growth of our firm. As a lawyer-employee, you have already earned your spurs in real estate, construction and procurement, and/or energy law. You have good analytical and communication skills and you have the will to succeed. You are willing to put your shoulders to the wheel together in a team and to further expand the office. You also have a good dose of humour. At Boot Advocaten you are given all the space you need to handle cases independently and there is plenty of opportunity to build your own practice.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the legal profession;

  • thorough knowledge of real estate, construction, procurement and/or energy law;

  • ambitious, enterprising, assertive and independent.

What we offer:

  • Working at a top office with a challenging and pleasant working atmosphere;

  • Excellent salary package including individual bonus scheme;

  • Plenty of opportunity to develop yourself and build your own practice;

  • Internal and external courses to expand and maintain your legal knowledge.

Then send us your motivation, CV and any other relevant documents such as publications and/or reviews to Boot Advocaten.
