Boot Advocaten supervised and structured a partnership between a project developer/contractor and two housing corporations  for the purchase of plots of land in the Breda railway zone and the proposed new developments (residential, office). In collaboration with tax specialists, the most optimal tax/legal structure has been set up that offers advantages in the field of corporate income tax, public tax and VAT.
