Boot Advocaten assisted the developer in the exploration of a collaboration with the province of Gelderland regarding an area development Ruiterwaard-Zuilichem. The plan area covers the floodplain between the hora industrial estate near Zuilichem and the ferry road near Brakel. The project has not yet received political approval.
