Boot Advocaten has been acting for years as an advisor to De Vooringang (housing corporation) in the development and realization of the Oranjebuurt in Sassenheim (ca.  250 owner-occupied and rental properties). The Oranjebuurt project in Sassenheim has been designated by the Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment as the exemplary project in housing association land. Boot Advocaten set up and successfully executed the Tender Procedure for this prestigious project development and drew up the necessary legal and fiscal integrated agreements. .
