TRANSITION ELECTRICITY NETWORKS TO CLOSED DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OR DIRECT LINE

Boot Advocaten advises an owner of a number of power plants on the strategy to be followed as a result of the amendment to the Electricity Act of 20 July 2012. This mainly concerns the question of whether the associated power grids can be regarded as a direct line or whether as a closed distribution system. Boot advocaten assists in drawing up the necessary applications, but also advises on possible technical adjustments to obtain the most appropriate status.
