Boot Advocaten advised the developer Vesteda on the contracting for the Markthal project in Rotterdam. The commercial part of the planned market hall in the center of Rotterdam consists of a covered market floor with 100 fresh units, 4,600m² for food-related shops, 1,800m² for Albert Heijn, Gall en Gall and Etos and 1,600m² for catering. Furthermore, an underground parking garage of 4 floors with approximately 1200 spaces is being built. Delivery is scheduled for mid-2014.
