Boot Advocaten was the first niche firm in the Netherlands to establish itself specialized in the field of real estate and procurement law. Within the real estate sector, Boot has specialized in sustainability, among other things. As a result, the office is involved in matters such as a pilot for the sustainability of ten schools commissioned by school boards and the Economic Board of Utrecht.
